Our studio is dedicated to helping you produce quality
items that
can be used daily. You don't have to be an artist as, with help
from studio staff,
you can create your own beautifully decorated
ceramics. See our home page for

We hold regular events and classes at Magnolia studios.
School holiday craft clubs offer a range
of children's activities to allow them to
be creative with Pottery painting, silk painting, window art, clay building,
paper
crafts etc.
There is a Saturday craft club with similar children's activities and
during
term time we run an after school club on Tuesday afternoon 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
For that special gift you can have a name and/or a message on
an item, signatures to commemorate an occasion or have hand or footprints. You can even use one of our take
away packs if you want paw prints of your dog
or cat.

We also have special ceramic pens which can be
applied to your decorated and glazed item. Guests can use this to sign
their name & message at your party or wedding. The item can then be gently heated in a domestic
oven to make it permanent. In case of mistakes, the ink marks can be
removed prior to baking. Full instructions are included with your order.

This pastime is suitable for everyone, you do not need to have any artistic
skill
as we have many templates you can use to easily transfer a design onto the
pottery. We also provide decorating tools, stamps and
stencils. There
is a range of finished items on display plus a catalogue of images to give you
inspiration.
Of course, we are always there to help when required.

You may wish to decorate a range of items to fit your home decor, please enquire for special studio fees. We may be able to match or co-ordinate with your existing dinner ware (providing there are no copyright issues), studio staff will be happy to discuss your requirements and provide advice. |

Commissions are taken for individual items, a christening plate, a wedding plate, civil partnership plate, special birthday plates etc. Most of our range can be personalised to your requirements to celebrate and commemorate special events. The coloured glazes we use are safe for all. They
are lead free, non toxic and water soluble. The finished items are
permanent and food-safe after firing.

Our Art Gallery features exhibitions with work from
Jane Sanders, Carrie Yuen, Paula Armstrong, Sheena Maxwell and Rob Bibby. We are
hosting six Northampton artists during September as part of the Open Studios
2007 event. Brian Mutton, Val Sibley, David Williams, Linda Baker, Rita
Tomalin and Dick Tilley.
We have a
range of gift items handcrafted by local artists and crafters.
