Jane Sanders
I
have enjoyed art for many years and tutored under Bert Carter who was
a vice president of the Royal Society of British Artists.
The
world is a myriad of ever changing scenes, the weather, the seasons,
time and age. My aim is to capture the moment in time when the natural
world is at it’s most beautiful and gives forth a sense of harmony,
sometimes peaceful and still, and at other times full of pent up energy.
If I can make you the viewer feel that too then I have achieved what I am
setting out to do.
My
current work includes using nature itself by painting directly onto leaves,
anything from landscapes to abstract patterns.
I
enjoy painting in oils for the richness of colour and the fluidity and blending
capabilities of the paint. The possibilities are endless making the painting of
every picture exciting
