    Make your own Solid Silver Jewellery 
 

We are now running workshops where you can learn how to make your
own unique designs in solid silver. 
We use a material called Art Clay Silver (or precious metal clay) which is
silver particles suspended in organic binders and water.  
This versatile material can be worked like regular clay, but on a much 
smaller scale, to produce amazing results.  The water and binders burn 
away when the clay is fired leaving 99.9% fine silver. The silver can even
be hallmarked at a small cost.
Our workshops are taught by a certified Art Clay Silver teacher.
Students are free to attend on a time and material basis once
they have covered the basic techniques. 

There are many interesting techniques you can use with Art clay silver
(aka precious metal clay), many of which are similar to using Fimo or
other polymer clay substances. The difference is you get solid silver 
jewellery at the end!
It is advisable to start with a few simple, yet very effective, techniques and
then progress to some more challenging pieces.
